Sightings of Gouldian Finches and others are becoming a regular event now as the dry season progresses, there have also been sightings of hundreds at the Wyndham Shire Offices early in the morning. Marlgu Billabong continues to provide visitors with excellent bird sightings and some amazing croc sightings as well.

Parry’s again is proving to be a draw card for keen birdwatchers and those looking for finches have not been disappointed.

With more bird watching guests visiting we are getting regular sightings of Gouldian’s and flocks of star finches, also the billabong is still good bird watching.

There are several acres of grassed land to camp on and our power sites are also grassed, peaceful warm days and crisp cool nights- come and stay and enjoy our peace and quiet.

An unwelcome guest has checked in, A 4mtr croc has taken up residence in our lagoon so is proving to be a great attraction for photographers as it is sunning its self on the opposite bank each day.

They are back again,  after the amazing bird watching season that we had last season we are again getting good sightings of Gouldian Finches.
