Adansonia Gregorii (Boab Tree)

The upside down tree or Boab Tree is the only native Boab tree in Australia and can be found in the Kimberley, East Kimberley and Northern Territory, they are slow growing and can live up to over 1000 years some of these old trees are in the Wyndham Kununurra area and Parry Creek Farm is situated midst a Boab Forest , Pivot Hill opposite Parry Creek Farm has the densest new growth Boab Forest in the area growing on it. These trees lose their leaves in the dry season and have a large white flower usually in December to May the flower has a subtle perfume.
