New Chef and a New Menu for 2024

We would like to welcome Samantha Holmes to the Parry Creek Family. Samantha has many years experience in both high class city venues and remote locations. We have also been lucky enough to secure the assistance of Andrew (our consultant Chef) from Creative Native in Adelaide.

The combination of these two highly skilled and experienced individuals and the unique indigenous ingrediencies will produce great food and flavors.

We will post our new menu when the team finalise.
